Liability and Indemnity Waiver for Adult Classes, Events, and Workshops
1. General Acknowledgement

1.1. Participation in adult classes, events, and workshops at The Centre of Dance PTY LTD ("The Centre") involves physical activity that carries inherent risks. By enrolling and participating, you confirm that you are in good health, capable of participating, and fully understand the associated risks.

2. Release of Liability
​
2.1. The Centre, including its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and instructors, is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, medical conditions, or damages arising during or resulting from participation in any activities conducted by The Centre.

3. Indemnity
​
3.1. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Centre, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and instructors from any claims, demands, or actions arising from participation in activities, including but not limited to injuries or damages to property.

4. Emergency Medical Treatment
​
4.1. In the event of an emergency, participants authorise The Centre and its staff to administer first aid and/or seek medical treatment on their behalf. All costs associated with emergency medical care are the sole responsibility of the participant.

5. Media Release
​
5.1. Photographs and videos may be taken during classes, events, and workshops for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your images to be used, you must provide written notification to The Centre before participating.

6. Understanding and Agreement
​
6.1. By enrolling in any activity offered by The Centre, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this waiver by ticking the box provided during registration. 6.2. This waiver is binding upon participants and their heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns.
